A long-term residence permit in Bulgaria through business can be obtained in various ways, depending on the type of business and the conditions that must be met. Here are some of the options:
Registration of a limited liability company (LLC) or single-member limited liability company (SMLC)
This is the most preferred option for doing business, requiring a minimum initial investment (1 euro).
Joint-stock company (JSC)
A minimum share capital of 26,000 euros is required to establish a joint-stock company.
Registration of a representative office of a foreign company with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)
The company must have been in existence for at least two years, be actively operating, have no outstanding taxes or fees, and have no more than two representatives.
Opening a branch
